Flexibility is available on check in as long as it has been prebooked with host.
All room rates are based on double occupancy however an extra matress to accomadate an additional guest shall be provided at an additional cost of 2000/- per day.
Please notify the front desk for any additional guests prior to arrival so we can make your stay as pleasant as possible.
The Foothills is a non-smoking facility. Please do not smoke in the guestrooms. If smoke is detected, there will be a Rs 3000 cleaning fee added to your folio. Once on property, our front desk staff can advise on where smoking can take place.
Daily seated breakfast service is from 8:30am till noon. Daily breakfast service is only for registered hotel guests. For additional guests, there is a Rs 250 per day fee and the front desk must be notified 24 hours prior.
Except in the Summer season and barring the major weekends and New Year period (Dec 26-Jan 2), a notice of cancellation is required at least 7 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of deposit taken.
In the Summer season (May 1 – Sep 30), the notice required is of 3 days. Any reservations canceled or modified within this minimum number of days prior to arrival the deposit will be non refundable.
* Disinfecting of all commonly touched/used indoor areas (lobby, public restrooms, dining room, pool area, etc.).
* Requirement that all guests use hand sanitizer prior to entering any indoor common areas.
wherever necessary the resort will have sanitizers available.
* Employees will wear the appropriate Masks as recommended.
* For the safety of other guests and employees, please bring and wear the appropriate face covering for entering/exiting lobby and dining room areas.
* Elimination of turn down/daily cleaning of guest rooms for multi-day stays to ensure the safety of guests and staff (new towels, etc. available upon request). Please keep your pool towels for reuse and do not put for washing after each use.
* All in-room air filters/AC units cleaned thoroughly just prior to re-opening and will be cleaned periodically.
* Employees will wear the appropriate Masks as recommended.
* Housekeepers will wear the appropriate clothing/masks while cleaning guest rooms and common areas.
